NB STEP ONLINE
It may be of interest within a dust removal process to perform several dust removal operations on the
same "ramp" within the same cycle.
By adjusting the number of ONLINE steps, one or several solenoid valves can be allocated to different
pulse order numbers within the same cycle.
Eg.: an ONLINE dust removal filter contains 40 solenoid valves. The traditional cycle will consists of 40
pulses, giving 1 pulse per solenoid valve.
If the number of ONLINE steps is set to 50, 1 complete dust removal cycle will then consist of 50 pulses.
In this case, 10 additional pulses can be assigned to the dust removal solenoid valves of the user's choice.
If the arrow is placed on NB STEP ONLINE and if the
button is pressed, the following display
appears:
Note: Protected by code! appears if protection is activated.
To adjust the number of steps, use the
buttons (in protection not active mode). To quit and
validate, press the button.
Remark: total number of steps possible: 512 steps, representing 512 pulses per cycle.
