Bonnet - Adjust the camera so that;
• The top of the image sees the
horizon
•
The bottom of the image sees the
top of the bonnet
No Bonnet - Adjust the camera so that;
•
The top of the image sees the
horizon
•
The bottom of the image sees 1.5m
in front of the vehicle
Important Points to Note:
**Check your countries regulations on mounting systems to windscreens, restrictions may
vary
Make sure the FFC has been adjusted and locked into position using the 1.5mm Allen key
4.4.5 3G ANTENNA INSTALLATION
3G Antenna
Mounting Location:
The 3G antenna is to be mounted so that
there is a clear line of sight to the sky
The 3G antenna can see through; plastic,
wood and fiberglass.
It
cannot see through metal
Mount the antenna close to a window
Mount the antenna at least 30cm from the
GPS Antenna
Mount the antenna at least 60cm from
any other antennas
Mount the antenna at least 1m from the
Controller?
