Increase the Low Frequency Damping control to eliminate the overshoot.

At this point, the scanners should be scanning and you may adjust them in their
mount, such that they are scanning toward the center of the projection surface.
L.
Continue to increase the Servo Gain and Low Frequency Damping little by little, in a
manner that you achieve a bit of overshoot with Servo Gain, then eliminate the
overshoot using Low Frequency Damping. Eventually you will reach a point where
the squarewave no longer looks square after the rise, or that it is not possible to
completely eliminate the overshoot using Low Frequency Damping. This is illustrated
below.
