3.6. Fuel 

This insert / ZC-fireplace is shipped in natural gas (NG) configuration but may be converted to propane (LP) using a 
LP conversion kit. The sticker on top of the gas control valve will verify the correct fuel. 

 

3.7. Installation (for qualified installer only) 

THIS INSERT / ZC-FIREPLACE MUST BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED BY A QUALIFIED 
SERVICE AGENCY. 

The installation and repair of this insert / ZC-fireplace must be done by a qualified service agency. Failure could result 
in an unsafe or hazardous installation, which may result in a fire, explosion, property damage, personal injury or loss 
of life. 

This insert / ZC-fireplace should be inspected before use and at least annually. More frequent cleaning may be re-
quired due to excessive lint from carpeting, bedding material, etc. It is imperative that control compartments, burners 
and circulating air passageways of the insert / ZC-fireplace be kept clean.
