1-2 Control Panel Settings

1-2-1 Using the Control Panel

You will use the Control Panel to complete the setup of your SF 2200. Study the illustration of the
Control Panel, and read below about the four main parts of the panel:

• The Window displays messages that instruct you when operating your SF 2200. In standby mode,

the Window displays the time, date, and current receive mode.

• The Key Pad lets you manually dial a phone number, use a Speed Dial number. or enter data to set

up your individual needs.

• One-Touch keys dial your most frequently called numbers with “one touch”.
• One-Touch keys 09 and 10 double as YES and NO. You will use these keys to respond to prompts

that appear in the Window when you perform Control Panel operations.

1-2-2 Canceling an Operation

If you make a mistake in the middle of any Control Panel operation and you wish to stop,press STOP.
The SF 2200 will return to standby mode, and you can repeat your operation.

Notes : If during an operation you pause and do not press a key for more than 60 seconds, your SF 2200

will cancel the operation for you and return to standby mode.
