If you do not want to secure the transmission with a poll
code, press NO. The unit returns to standby mode with the
RCV.MODE and POLL light on and the Window message
alternating between the usual standby message and a TX
POLL MODE message.
If you do want to use a poll code,press YES. The Window
shows the last poll code entered. To change the code, use
the Key Pad to enter a new four-digit number, then press
YES. If the code shown is correct, simply press YES.

4-4-5 Poll Receive
Poll Receive lets your SF 2200 retrieve documents from an unattended unit. If the remote unit is secured
with a poll code, you must enter a poll code that matches the poll code stored in the remote fax unit to
poll for documents.
To perform a Poll Receive:
1. Place the call to the remote unit.
2. Press POLL when the remote answers. Follow the steps shown at right.
If you do not want to enter a poll code, press NO.
If you do want a poll coed, press YES. Use the Key Pad to
enter a poll code, then press YES again.
Your SF 2200 sends the poll code (if you entered one) to
the remote unit. If it matches the poll code of the remote
unit, the remote begins to transmit its loaded document.
