This report lists :

• Date/time report was printed.
• Remote telephone numbers that were contacted successfully
• Remote telephone numbers that were not contacted successfully

4-5-8 Reports : Call Back Message

A Call Back Message prints automatically any time you fail to respond to a voice request from a remote
operator to a voice request from a remote operator. The report informs you that the request was made so
that you can call back.

This report lists :

• Report title
• Date/time report was printed.
• Telephone number of the remote fax
