From the Control Panel or Print Manager

To open the Setup dialog box from Windows:

◆

Open Windows Control Panel, and choose the Printer icon.

◆

If Print Manager is open, choose Printer Setup from the Options menu.

Both methods open the Printer dialog box, where you can choose the Setup
button to open the Windows Printing System Setup dialog box.

Using the Windows Printing System Setup Dialog Box

You always begin setting print options for the Windows Printing System in the
Setup dialog box, where you may:

Specify a number of copies and their arrangement

◆

Set image orientation.

◆

Select the paper size.

◆

Select the paper source.

◆

Select the paper type.
