CHAPTER

Printing Documents

This chapter describes how to select the correct paper path according to your needs
and the paper size being used.

Paper Cassette

The adjustable Universal Paper Cassette can hold up to 150 sheets of Executive,
Letter, A4, B5 or Legal size paper. To achieve the best print quality and to avoid
paper jams or damage to the printer, use only good quality photocopier grade paper.
See Appendix A for more detailed paper specifications.

Use the following steps to adjust the 3 paper size guides:

Side Guide

Press down on the adjusting tab and adjust the Side Guide to the paper size. Slide
the guide until the hole of the selected paper size is positioned at the
corresponding size. There is no hole for B5 size paper.
