Reject an Incoming Call
When you reject a call, the caller is sent to voicemail, where they can leave a voice message.
When you are actively using your phone, the incoming call displays on the Edge screen. When your
phone is inactive, the incoming call appears on the main screen.
To reject a call from the Edge screen:

When your phone notifies you of an incoming call, drag
up to reject the call.
To reject a call from the main screen:

When your phone notifies you of an incoming call, drag
to the left to reject the call.
Reject an Incoming Call with a Text Message
You can reject an incoming call by sending a text message to the caller.
When you are actively using your phone, the incoming call displays on the Edge screen. When your
phone is inactive, the incoming call appears on the main screen.
Note:
You can only reject an incoming call with a text message from the main screen. If your
incoming call appears on the Edge screen, tap
Switch to full screen
to move the incoming call
to the main screen.
1. When your phone notifies you of an incoming call, drag
toward the top of the main screen.
2. Select an existing message.

Compose new message
to create a new text message.
Multitasking While on a Call
If you want to continue with your current call and do something else, such as access the contacts list,
you can place the call on the Edge screen.
To move the call screen to the Edge screen:

Switch to Edge screen
