Per accoppiare il motore sommerso alla pompa:
Posizionare il motore in posizione verticale con la sporgenza d’albero rivolta verso l’alto e bloccarlo in modo che durante la fase di accoppiamento
non possa muoversi o cadere. Sollevando la pompa con una gru o un paranco posizionarla sopra al motore eseguendo il centraggio delle rispettive
flange, serrando poi con le viti in dotazione.
Facendo leva con un cacciavite sul giunto di accoppiamento dei due alberi, verificare che la pompa presenti un po’ di gioco assiale.
Connecting the submersible motor to the pump:
Place the motor in a vertical position with the shaft lug bolt directed towards the top and secure it so that it can not move of fall while it is being
connected. Lift the pump with a crane or a hoist and put it into position over the motor; check that both flanges are centred and then screw down
with the screws provided.
Use a screwdriver to lever the connection coupling of the two drive shafts and check that the pump has some axial play.
