Do not touch the edge connector while removing 40 G QSFP+ modules.
Replacing 40 G QSFP+ Copper Modules
Take the following steps to replace a 40 G QSFP+ copper module:
1)
Wear an anti-static wrist trap close to your skin and have it properly grounded.
2)
Hold the copper cable, horizontally pull the ring of the module and stably withdraw the module.
When you are replacing a 40 G QSFP+ copper cable, horizontally pull the ring of the module, or it will make
the pulling-out difficult and even causes module and slot damages.
Do not touch the edge connector of the module or the optical ports of the device by hands when you are
replacing the copper module. Use the dust plug to avoid dusts.
