Group Call
you want to assign to the key.

Press the

Tap Key appears

where you want to assign the group call.
The group call is assigned to the key

Press the
CLR
button to exit the menu structure.
Tallies
Tallies
are used to indicate incoming calls with blinking alpha assignments.
The range for this field is 5 to 15 seconds. If indefinite is chosen, the tally continues to blink until the call is answered.
By default, tallies are set to
5 seconds
.
To
set the tally time on an incoming call
, do the following:
1.
On the keypanel keypad, press
MENU
.
The Top Level menu appears
.

Using the 3(
) or 6(
), select
Key Options
.

Press the
SEL
button.
The Key Options submenu appears.
4.
Using the 3(
) or 6(
), select
Tallies
.
5.
Press the
SEL
button.
Indefinite Min Duration appear in the display window.

Using the 3(
) or 6(
), select
Min Duration
Minute Duration: 5 seconds appears in the display widow.
7.
Use the scroll arrows
to
adjust the tallies duration
.
8.
Using the 3(
) or 6(
), select
5 to 15 Seconds
or
Indefinite
.
9.
Press the
SEL
button.
A blue arrow
appears next to the selected option.
