Watch the instructional DVD before frying a
turkey for the fi rst time. Refer to the separate “Big Sheet”
instructions and turkey frying chart for information on
frying a 9-15 lb. turkey.

IMPORTANT:
For your fi rst turkey, it is strongly
recommended that you fry a turkey that weighs less
than 12.50 lbs. in order to familiarize yourself with the
frying process.
