Canceling Printing

Press the [Stop] key. 

 

The confirmation screen appears. 

 

3.

 

Press the [#Enter] key. 

 

Only the print job being printed is deleted. 
If there are other print jobs waiting, they will be printed after the current print job is 
deleted. 
It takes time to cancel the print job. 

Canceling Printing from the Taskbar 

Follow the procedure below to cancel a print job in the printer queue.

Double‐click the machine icon on the taskbar. 

2.

 

Select the print job you want to cancel, and then click [Cancel] on the [Document] 
menu.
