Status Monitor Errors

 

 

 

Ink Collector Unit Not Detected/Wrong Unit 

The ink collector unit is not installed or is incorrectly installed. 
Install the ink collector unit correctly. 
Alternatively, an ink collector unit not designated for this machine may have been installed. 
Install an ink collector unit designated for this machine.

Open the right front cover.

Attach the ink collector unit by pushing it in until it clicks. Take care not to spill the 
ink.
