Error message
The media width is too short.
Data may be lost if continued.
Remedy
This appears when the width of the media loaded in the PC-12 is smaller than the required media width for printing that is set in the
program.
Clicking [OK] performs printing with the data clipped relative to the media width. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
Error message
The media is not loaded along the media guide. Data may be lost if continued.
Remedy
This appears when the media loaded in the PC-12 is not flush with the media guide and the left side as viewed from the front PC-12
exceeds the printable width.
Clicking [OK] performs printing with the data clipped relative to the printable width. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
Error message
This print job cannot be completed because some ink cartridges are missing.
Please install the following ink cartridge(s) to continue.
Required ink cartridge(s):

Remedy
This appears when a required ink-ribbon cartridge was not installed in the PC-12 when printing started. The name of the necessary
ink-ribbon cartridge appears in "XXXX." If more than one required ink cartridge is missing, the names of all uninstalled ink
cartridges are displayed.
To check the status of the ink-ribbon cartridges in the PC-12 again, click the [OK] button. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
