8.3.5 Test alarm to test the installation
After completed the installation, the EC II GSM SE must be tested with a test alarm. Press the
alarm button in the lift car and check that the alarm reaches alarm receiver 1.
To test that the alarm also reaches secondary receivers use the keypad on the back of the
speech unit. Check that the alarm reaches alarm receiver 2 by pressing programming mode:
EC II GSM SE immediately leaves the programming mode and calls alarm receiver 2.

8.4 Optional functions that may be programmed
Below follows a description of all optional programming sequences, which can be used with
EC II GSM SE.
8.4.1 Automatic test alarm
By activating the function automatic test alarm EC II GSM SE will call an alarm receiver with
certain interval to check the connection. Note the function automatic test alarm may only be
programmed if the function is ordered by the alarm receiver.
Select the required test interval between 1 to 9 days:
