Access Procedures

Chapter 3

6.

Remove the four screws and washers that secure the SCR and dual diode 
modules to the heatsink and remove the modules. 

Install the Field SCR and Dual Diode Modules

Install the field SCR and dual diode modules in the reverse order of removal.

•

Apply thermal grease to the bottom of the SCR and dual diode modules 
before securing them to the heatsink.

ATTENTION: 

Thermal grease must be applied to the bottom of the field SCR 

and dual diode modules before securing them to the heatsink or damage to the 
drive may occur.

Tightening torque: 

2.5…5.0 N•m
