Chapter 10 Maintenance and Repair

Fuse Replacement

The following fuses can be replaced on the Armor PowerFlex drive:

•

Three 3-phase input line fuses

•

Two EM brake fuses

•

One fuse for Sw24V power and one fuse for Unsw24V
power

3-phase AC Power and EM Brake Fuse Replacement

1. Loosen the screws and remove the power section door. See

step 3

page 206

2. Loosen the screws and remove the internal power section cover.

step 6

page 207

3. Remove fuses from holding. We recommend using fuse puller FP-3 from

Eaton/Bussmann.

4. Check each fuse with a multimeter to see if they are in good condition. If

damaged, replaced the fuses.
