5.2 PCB Layout
Please fully comply with RK power layout design as it is really crucial to the stability and
performance of products.
A large area of power copper between PMIC power output and CPU power pin can enhance
the current capacity and reduce the trace impedance, as shown in Fig 5-5.

Place enough vias in the power trace layer change node, to enhance the current capacity,
and reduce the trace impedance, as shown in Fig 5-6. The method of calculating the actual
number of vias can refer to the tips.

The feedback compensation design for PU_VDD_COM and GPU_VDD_COM, can reduce
traces voltage loss and increase the power dynamic adjustment rate, as shown in Fig 5-7.
