Apply a single drop of the sample directly from the 

dropper to the semicircular, transparent sample 

application area on top of the test strip. Do not add 

more of the sample. 

You hear a beep when you have applied enough of the 

sample (provided the beeper is enabled). The dropper 

icon disappears and the test starts. 

The result of the proficiency test is displayed, the com-

ment 

Proficiency

 is automatically added. If you want to 

add further comments, touch 

. The test result is auto-

matically saved to memory. 

After the test result is displayed, touch 

 . You will be 

prompted to remove the strip.
