Note:
• This data is originally entered as BCD and changes into a
16-character string in order to convert it to ASCII.
• However, only 10 bytes can be used to communicate with
the controller, so the 16 bytes are truncated to 10 bytes.

Displays "0" to "100" (the percentage of toner remaining in the
cartridge)
