Document Server User Name
Enter your user name to distinguish from
other user.
The user name can contain up to 16
alphanumeric characters.
This option is not available in the
Mac OS X (Native Mode) printer driver
or Adobe PageMaker.

Off/Open to Left/Open to Top
Select Off for simplex (single-sided)
printing.
Select Open to Left for duplex (double-
sided) printing with both sides using the
same top edge.
Select Open to Top for duplex printing
with the back side upside down.
