ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER
Line voltage power can be supplied from the terminal la-
beled “EAC” and a line voltage neutral terminal on the
control board. This will power the electronic air cleaner
whenever the circulating air blower is in operation.
NOTE:
The electronic air cleaner output will not be ener-
gized when the ECM blower motor target CFM is below
the following thresholds:
(-)96V040 = 500 CFM
(-)96V060 = 500 CFM
(-)96V070 = 500 CFM
(-)96V085 = 600 CFM
(-)96V100 = 600 CFM
(-)96V115 = 600 CFM
Under some cirumstances, such as low-speed continuous
fan, the target blower CFM may be below the above
threshold. In these cases the electronic air cleaner output
will NOT be energized.
NOTE:
Maximum current is 1.0 amps for the electronic air
cleaner output.
HUMIDIFIER
Humidifier output is a set of dry contacts. The logic control-
ling these contacts and the necessary wire diagrams for in-
stalling a humidifier are detailed in the section of this
manual titled
Humidification/Dehumidification
.
FILTERS
(See Figure 42)
Keep filters clean at all times.
A filter is not provided
with the furnace, but one must be field-supplied and
installed.
It is recommended to replace the furnace filter periodically
to maintain optimum furnace performance.
TWINNING
Twinning of these furnaces is NOT permitted!
