configured for pulse output. Range is from 0

the time delay in unit of 100 milliseconds before the output is
sending a pulse (OPEN-CLOSE-OPEN). Default values is 10 (1 second).
Width:
the width of the pulse (the time of output staying in CLOSE state)
in unit of 100 milliseconds. Default values is 10 (1 second).
