Route the Safety I/O flying leads to the FSU Breakout Board according to the destinations
listed on the table in Step 1.

If you are using external safety fencing:
Connect fence channel 1 to connector pins 61 and 63.

Connect fence channel 2 to connector pins 65 and 67.

If you are not using external safety fencing:
Bridge the FSU I/O Breakout pins 61 and 63 with a jumper wire.
