Copy Pictures Between Albums
You can copy pictures between the
albums.
1. Highlight the album you want to open
and click
Open Album
under the
File
menu in the bookshelf.
The
Album View
window opens for this
album.
2.
Repeat Step 1 to open all the albums
you want to copy pictures between.
3. Arrange the
Album View
windows so
you can easily view and drag pictures
between them.
4. Drag and drop the pictures you want to
copy into the new album.
If you copy a picture to an album with
a picture having the same name but a
different image,
Overwrite?
is dis-
played.
• Press
Yes
to overwrite the image. This
image will not be displayed in the
Album View
until you close and reopen
the album.
Delete Albums
1. Move the cursor to the album you want
to delete in the
Bookshelf
.
Right
click
the album.
2. You can delete the album from the
program or delete the album from the
program and from your hard drive.
• Click
Delete the album
. The album
is deleted from the
Bookshelf.
• Click
Delete the album with
directory
. The album is deleted
from the
Bookshelf
and the hard
drive.
Restore the Album
You can restore an album that was
previous deleted if the album’s directory
was not removed from the hard drive.
1. Select
Restore an album to the book-
shelf
under the Edit menu in the
Bookshelf
. The
Album property
box
appears.
2. Select the album directory for the
album you want to restore and click
OK
. The album is added to the
Bookshelf
.
