arising out of or in connection with such prohibited activities as
indicated in this Agreement.
4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent, lease or transfer the Program to any third party nor
let such a party use the Program.
5. LIMITED LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall
THOMSON CONSUMER ELECTRONICS and its suppliers be
liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
whatsoever, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort,
strict product liability or otherwise (including but not limited to
damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business
information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in connec-
tion with the use of or inability to use the program, even IF
THOMSON CONSUMER ELECTRONics has been advised of the
possibility of such damageS.
