7.7.4. Configuration

Configuration via the Web Manager becomes tedious for large volumes of devices. M!DGE/MG102i
therefore offers automatic and manual file-based configuration to automate things. Once you have
successfully set up the system you can back up the configuration and restore the system with it after-
wards. You can either upload a single configuration file (.cfg) or a complete package (.zip) containing
the configuration file and a packed version of other essential files (such as certificates).

File Configuration

This section can be used to download the currently running system configuration (including essential
files such as certificates).

The current configuration file is updated after every change and the time of this update is displayed
along with a configuration version and a security hash. The current configuration can be updated
manually by pressing the Apply button.
