Troubleshooting

Kiaro! 50 User Guide

Removing a Media Jam

If a media jam occurs during printing, an error message will be displayed and printing
will be suspended.

Caution:

Do not pull out the printed media from the ejection slot or printing problems

may occur.

Raise the transport unit lever.

Pull the transport unit lever while holding the printer with one hand so that it does
not move.
