3.4.1.3 ENVELOPE STOP POSITION
After pressing ‘
Envelope stop position
’, the machine will feed an envelope into position.
This allows the operator to adjust the stop position of the envelope at insert as
demonstrated in Figure 3.28.

Make any adjustments as necessary by following the procedure below:
1. Use the ‘
-
’ or ‘
+
’ button to adjust the position.
NOTE:
‘
+
’ Moves the envelope further into insert position.
2. If required, press ‘
Revert
’ to revert back to the default setting.
3. Press ‘
Exit
’ once the desired settings have been made.
3.4.1.4 FINGER ADJUST
After pressing ‘
Finger Adjust
’, the machine will feed an envelope into position.
This allows the operator to adjust the width of the outer fingers as demonstrated
in Figure 3.29.

Make any adjustments as necessary by following the procedure below:
1. Use the ‘

’ button to adjust the width of the outer fingers.
2. If required, press ‘
Revert
’ to revert back to the default setting.
3. Press ‘
Exit
’ once the desired settings have been made.
