Public Boolean OpenMSR (int BaudRate)
Purpose
Open the MSR Port.

Set Msr Baud Rate; MJR243R baud rate default is 19200;

True (1) on success, False (0) on failure
CloseMSR

Purpose
Close the MSR Port.

SendCommand
Public Boolean SendCommand ( byte[] data );

Send Command to MSR.
