Unless other tightening parameters are given, during maintenance repair work apply
appropriate torque to tighten nut and bolt connections. Recommended tightening torque
values for the most frequently used bolt and nut connections are given in table (5.6). Given
values apply to non-lubricated steel bolts.
Hydraulic conduits should be tightened using torque of 50 – 70 Nm.

INSTALLATION AND DISMOUNTING OF WALL
EXTENSIONS
DANGER
Installation and dismounting of wall extensions should be carried out with the use of
appropriate platforms, ladders or when standing on a ramp. These tools must be in good
condition to fully protect the persons working on them against falling. Work should be
performed by at least two persons. Exercise particular caution.
Installation of wall extensions
Secure rear extension stakes to rear side stakes.
Install front wall extension.
