Using iSCSI snapshot
When you create a new iSCSI volume, you have the option to enable snapshots in the Create New Volume
input menu. Click the
Enable scheduled snapshot
option box, and the menu expands to reveal schedule inputs.
Enter the snapshot schedule information and click the
Create
button to setup snapshots upon creation of an
iSCSI volume.
Configure the following parameters:
Snapshot this volume every:
Choose the interval time to take snapshots,
30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours,
6 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, 24 hours.
Starting from
: Use the calender menu to chose when
to begin taking snapshots.
Max number of snapshots to keep
: 1~1000.
You can also configure snapshots for an existing
volume to enable or change snapshot settings.
To setup or change snapshots configuration for an existing volume, click the
iSCSI
menu tab, then click on the
Change Settings
button.
