A PROMISE sales representative or technical support staff member will assist the customer with license

purchase and acquisition. However, if the customer wishes to perform the task, he or she can follow these steps:

1. Login to the

PROMISE Support Center,

select the License Portal (PTU or PTT), and enter serial num-

ber for the server to find out the corresponding license key.

2. Use the VSky A-Series text-mode console to activate the license with the license key for that server.
