Mechanism Initialization

Mechanism Initialization
This processing is executed only once, to confirm that there are no errors
when stopped or when the motor is on. However, when an initializing request
is received from the printer, this process is executed again. The ready
condition is deactivated and the bit waiting for basic status (bit 4) is cleared to
“0”, the same as when initializing after reset starting.
Analog Input Processing
Analog input data from the paper guide interlock switch (ICIL) and paper size
detector sensor (IPS10-12, IPS20-22) is converted to digital data “H” or “L.”
Chattering Absorption Processing
Input data from the sensors (except for the two motor encoders) is determined
by filter processing of the input port.
Status Confirmation Processing
Data is detected from the sensors (including motor encoders) and if an error
occurs, abnormality processing is executed.
Confirmation Processing Of Unit Of Error Occurrence
Checks for errors in the order of the unit sequencer section, transport section,
lower level cassette section, and upper level cassette. Based on the results,
checks the basic status error bit (bit 0).
Communication Processing
If there is reception data from the printer, it is loaded, command analyzing
processing is executed, and status is returned.
Driving Actuators
The actuator is driven to pick up paper and load it to the transfer point, only
when the unit receives a paper supply preparation start command from the
printer and is in paper supply preparation operation.
