IMPORTANT
: Make sure to
unplug

the AC Power Adapter before continuing with
the next step. As long as the AC Power Adapter is plugged in, the bike may do
another AutoCal when the pedals are started and stopped for more than 3-5
seconds. Do not leave the AC Power Adapter plugged in during normal operation.
8. Verify the measured WATTS at minimum and maximum resistance levels:
a. Set the resistance to minimum (knob fully counterclockwise).
b. Start pedaling and maintain the speed at 60 rpm as reported on the console
RPM
indicator and verify that the measured
WATTS
is ≤ 40 Watts @ 60 rpm.
c. Continue pedaling at 60 rpm and set the resistance to maximum (knob fully
clockwise).
d. Verify that the measured
WATTS
is ≥ 415 Watts @ 60 rpm.

: If the bike fails the WATTS test, the brake pad gap may need to be calibrated.
9. Verify the bike operation and return to service.
