Drive Motor Cable Schematic

Procedure

Review entire procedure before starting.

Removal Instructions

1. Switch the power OFF and

unplug

the power cord.

2. Remove the hood cover, see

"Hood Cover Replacement" on page 60

3. Disconnect the Motor Controller "MTH" and "MOTOR" electrical connections:

a. Remove the

base from the mounting fasteners to allow connector access,

see

"Motor Controller (MC) Replacement" on page 89

b. Disconnect the MC "MTH" and "MOTOR" interface cable connectors, see

"Motor

Controller (MC) Replacement" on page 89

c. Remove the motor interface cable from the three frame cable clamps.

Disconnect a device power cord plug or cable connector from the power receptacle or outlet.
