While sitting in the chair, place your
right foot on the platform and press
down on your leg with your arms for
the duration of the exercise. Repeat
with your left foot.

Chest Press
Face away from the machine while
sitting in the chair. Grab the handles
in a neutral grip, keeping the straps
underneath your arms. Press forward,
keeping tension in the straps for the
duration of the exercise.

Incline Press
Face away from the machine while
sitting in the chair. Grab the handles
in an overhand grip with the straps
underneath the arm. Elevate your
elbow and press toward the ceiling,
keeping tension in the straps for the
duration of the exercise.
Row with Leg Press
Sit in the chair facing the machine.
Place your right foot on the outside of
the platform. Cross the straps, grab
the handles with a neutral grip and
pull, keeping tension in the straps for
the duration of the exercise. Repeat
with your left foot.
