Squat:
Stand on the platform and sit back by
flexing your hips and knees. If needed, use the
handlebars for support. Press the Repeat button.

Once the settings
are programmed,
you can keep
restarting the
machine simply by
pressing either of
the Repeat buttons.
AMPLITUDE
The amplitude is the
height of the vibration.
Start with Low unless
you’re doing a massage.
ON / OFF
This button will
start and stop
the machine.
TIME
Choose 30 or 60 seconds
with the Time button.
You can also perform an
exercise for 45 seconds
by setting the machine to
60 seconds and stopping
the exercise when there
are 15 seconds left.

Feel the Vibration:
Place your right foot on
the platform. Press the ON / OFF button. The
default settings will be 30 seconds at Low
amplitude. Press the ON / OFF button again
to start the machine.

Hamstring Stretch:
Face the machine and place
your right heel on surface. Keep your leg straight,
toe flexed and chest up. Press the Repeat button.
Face the machine and place your left heel on
surface. Keep your leg straight, toe flexed and
chest up. Press the Repeat button.

Calf Massage:
Lie on the floor with the lower half
of your leg on the platform. Press the Time button
to change to 60 seconds. Press the Amplitude
button to change to High. Press the ON / OFF
button to begin. Close your eyes and relax.
