Changing Headlights from Left to
Right-Hand Traffic
If you travel to a country where traffic uses the
other side of the road, the headlights must be
repositioned when you cross the border.
The dipped beam then lights symmetrically and
drivers of oncoming vehicles are not dazzled.
On the return journey, do not forget to return the
headlights to the “ 0 ” position.
Repositioning headlights
1. Remove headlight and open housing lid.
Please observe the chapter “REMOVING
HEADLIGHTS” on page 221.
2. Set lever to position “ T ”.
3. Close the cover of the headlight housing and
install headlight.
4. Reposition the other headlight.
