Mobile Roofs
Sliding/Lifting Roof
Warning!
Risk of injury when operating or automati-
cally closing the sliding/lifting roof.
f Take care to ensure that nobody can be injured
when the sliding/lifting roof is operated.
f
Always withdraw the ignition key when leaving
the vehicle. Uninformed persons (children)
could injure themselves by operating the
sliding/lifting roof.
f In case of danger, release the button
immediately and operate the sliding/lifting
roof in the opposite direction.
Readiness for operation
– With the ignition switched on
(engine on or off) or
– With door closed and ignition key withdrawn,
but only until door is first opened.
A - Opening the sliding/lifting roof

Press rear of rocker switch

until the sliding/
lifting roof has reached the desired position.
One-touch operation

Briefly press rear of rocker switch

Sliding/lifting roof opens to final position.
Stop it in any position by touching any button.
Note
The sliding/lifting roof opens until it reaches the
best position from the point of view of noise. It can
be opened fully, however, if you press the rocker
switch again.
