2 Programmazione ladder del plc EPL101
2.1 Introduzione
La programmazione del plc EPL101, avviene tramite l’applicativo Windows
PLProg che permette di disegnare lo schema logico a contatti
dell’applicazione e di scaricarla nel PLC per ottenere il funzionamento
desiderato.
2.2 Elementi della programmazione ladder
Sono di seguito riportati tutti gli elementi disponibili con le relative
caratteristiche, per la creazione dello schema ladder.
2.2.1 Contatti ingressi digitali I
I contatti I, contengono lo stato degli ingressi digitali del plc ed
eventualmente di una sua espansione. Il contatto normalmente aperto è
chiuso (on) quando il bit vale 1 (ingresso attivo). Il contatto normalmente
chiuso è aperto (on) quando il bit vale 0 (ingresso non attivo).
2.2.2 Uscite relè/ausiliarie Q
Il plc EPL101 dispone di 128 uscite tipo “Q”, composte ciascuna da una
bobina e relativo contatto logico N.A. ed N.C. , utilizzabili durante la stesura
dello schema ladder. Nell’hardware del plc sono fisicamente disponibili solo
6 uscite relè Q, le restanti sono disponibili come relè ausiliari.
All’eccitazione della bobina “Q” il relativo contatto logico si chiuderà (N.A.)
o aprirà (N.C.). I contatti delle uscite fisiche sono tutti N.A. e all’accensione
tutti i contatti N.A. sono aperti.
