WARNING:  

Remove power from luminaire before performing maintenance.

To remove and replace tilt motor assembly:

Step

1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.

Step

2. Remove display side yoke cover by removing four 6-32x3/8" LG PTB screws.

Step

3. Remove Display PCB and Main Control PCB by following procedures 

“Display PCB 

Replacement” on page 49

 and 

“Main Control PCB/Fan Assembly Replacement” on page 

50

.

Step

4. Remove 4 x 6-32 x 3/8" PFB screws (two each side of yoke) that hold Top Cover 

Louver Plate and remove plate.

Step

5. Disconnect wiring from motor and encoder PCB.

Step

6. Cut wire tie connecting wiring to yoke arm.
