Low Voltage Supply (LVS) Temperature PCB
Replacement (VL500/VL500D/VL500A Only)
Parts:
24.9685.0740 1 EA TEMPERATURE BOARD, LVS
Tools:
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver
WARNING:
Remove power from luminaire before performing maintenance.
WARNING:
With power applied, LIVE AC is present at heatsink. Do not touch when unit
is powered.
To remove and replace LVS temperature PCB:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. Remove LVS by following procedure,
“Low Voltage Supply (LVS) Replacement
(VL500/VL500D/VL500A Only)” on page 52
.

Step 3. Disconnect the following wiring connections on PCB:
a. 2-position connector (LVS Fan)
b. 4-position connector (LVS Fan from MCB)
Step 4. As shown in
Figure 26
, remove one 1/4" hex standoff.
Step 5. Remove LVS Temperature PCB.
Step 6. Replace by performing steps 2 through 5 in reverse order.
