Amber/Diffuser (or Dimmer) DICHRO*TUNE
Front Bulkhead Replacement
Parts:
21.9685.0171 1 EA ASSY, AMBER/DIFFUSER (INCANDESCENT MODELS)
21.9685.0172 1 EA ASSY, AMBER/DIMMER (ARC MODELS)
Tools:
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver
To remove and replace Amber/Diffuser (or Dimmer) bulkhead assembly:
Step 1. CLOSE ALL GLASS IN BULKHEADS - Power up unit and allow all
DICHRO*TUNE glass to calibrate. Once they close, power down unit.
WARNING:
Remove power from luminaire before performing maintenance.
Step 2. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 3. Engage tilt lock so luminaire head is in horizontal position with top cover (one with
bubble) facing up (as shown in
Figure 10
).
Step 4. As indicated in
Figure 10
, open front ring by releasing latch.

Step 5. At top cover, remove two (or four, depending on production date) 6-32x1/4" PPB
SEMS screws.
Step 6. Remove top cover.
