Color Filter and Diffuser Panel Replacement
Parts:
22.9685.0122 16 EA ASSY, FILTER, MAGENTA, DICHRO*TUNE (STD)
22.9685.0123 16 EA ASSY, FILTER, BLUE, DICHRO*TUNE (STD)
22.9685.0120 16 EA ASSY, FILTER, MAGENTA, DICHRO*TUNE (PASTEL)

Tools:
• #1 Phillips screwdriver
• Tweaker Screwdriver
• Cotton Gloves or Finger Cots
• Clean, lint-free (soft) cloth
To remove and replace color filters or diffuser panels:
Step 1. Ensure glass filter or diffuser panels are in closed position.
WARNING:
Remove power from luminaire before performing maintenance.
Step 2. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 3. Set the luminaire head horizontally.
Step 4. Engage service tilt lock to secure luminaire head in horizontal position to access
heatsink latch.
Step 5. Remove desired bulkhead assembly as follows:
a. For Magenta/Blue bulkhead removal, refer to,
“Magenta/Blue DICHRO*TUNE
Rear Bulkhead Replacement” on page 33
. Remove Magenta/Blue bulkhead.
b. For Amber/Diffuser bulkhead removal, refer to,
“Amber/Diffuser (or Dimmer)
DICHRO*TUNE Front Bulkhead Replacement” on page 35
. Remove Amber/
Diffuser bulkhead.
WARNING:
Wear cotton gloves or other covering while handling filters or diffuser panels.
If required, use isopropyl alcohol and soft, lint-free cloth to thoroughly clean glass portion of
lamp.
CAUTION:
Work carefully when removing filter and panels. Filters and panels are secured
to silicone pad with UV-cured RTV and pad can become separated. If they become separated,
a new filter or panel must be installed since RTV must be UV-cured.
