D4 Climbing procedure

procedure can be found in the In-
structions for Assembly and Use for
the climbing system.
■
Observe the assembly instructions
for the hydraulic unit.
Observe the project-specific climbing
procedure diagram and hydraulic con-
nection diagram.
Set the hydraulic unit so it is ready
for operation
1. Check that all pumps are in the cor-
rect operating mode.
2. Press the “Status/Reset” (

) but-
ton on all hydraulic units until all but-
tons go green, and correct and ac-
knowledge any errors that occur.

The pumps are ready for operation.

Always extend and retract the climbing
devices until your limit stop is reached.
Synchronisation deviations are thus cor-
rected.
Extend climbing device
1. Press the “Cylinder Extend” button

) on the remote control.

The climbing device extends.

If multiple remote controls are connect-
ed, they must all be activated simulta-
neously, otherwise the climbing sys-
tem will not move.
