Set up the abovementioned parameters with the buttons and select the item to be modified and press accordingly. The
current value is shown; press the buttons and to modify the value and then the button to confirm and view another
item.
Setting up the input contact: by means of the buttons and select “
EXTERNAL SETUP ” and press .
1) LEVEL 1 INPUT : set on ON if you wish to use a float to start or stop the pump, set on OFF if you wish to control the pump
manually.
2) LEVEL 1 TYPE : set on N.O., if, with the contact enabled, you wish to start the pump when the contact closes or set on N.C. if
you wish to start the pump when the contact opens.
3) LEVEL 2 INPUT : set on ON if you wish to use a float to start or stop the pump, set on OFF if you wish to control the pump
manually.

LEVEL 2 TYPE
: set on N.O., if, with the contact enabled, you wish to start the pump when the contact closes or set on N.C. if
you wish to start the pump when the contact opens.
Please note that when LEVEL 1 INPUT and LEVEL 2 INPUT are both enabled in ON, both contacts must be
enabled to start the pump (mode of operation in AND).
5) STOP DUE TO DRY RUNNING : setting of the pump stop mode due to dry running.
• To set the required mode of operation in the control unit select “MENU” using the and buttons and press . Then
select “ EXTERNAL SETUP ” using the and buttons and press .
• Select “ NO WATER AUTO ” using the and buttons and then select “ ON ” using the and buttons and press (this
function is normally “OFF”).
– If the above illustrated function is enabled, when the pump enters dry running, it evaluates the circumstances for 30
seconds (“Dry” will flash on the display), after which the pump enters the stop phase.
– The pump tries to re-start after 300 seconds. If it is still in dry running, it will try again after 600 seconds. It will then try
again after 1200 seconds, after 2400 seconds, after 3600 seconds and so on every 3600 seconds if the circumstances are
the same, until the end of the day when the pump switches off together with the solar panels.
– The following morning it will repeat everything.
– If during one of the attempts to re-start, the pump resumes operating with water (not anymore dry with air) for a time
longer than 30 seconds, the cyclical re-start contactor is re-programmed with the initial value of 300 seconds.
MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any maintenance work, ensure that the voltage is disconnected and that there is no risk of accidental con-
nection.
Having the pump repaired by personnel that has not been authorised by the Manufacturing Company causes the cancellation of
the provided warranty besides operating unsecure and potentially dangerous equipment.
ATTENTION: any form of tampering may lead to a reduction in performance and danger for persons and/or things.
